First Hour
Guided breathwork tailored to the group
The breathwork session is designed around your people. Corporate group gets a different session than a retreat group or a birthday party. Every session is built live, not from a script.
Second Hour
Cold exposure
One at a time or in pairs. Always optional. Most people who are nervous about it end up calling it the highlight. Diego guides each person through the breath before they get in.

Short debrief
Space for whatever needs to be said. Some groups talk for twenty minutes. Some just sit. No agenda. The session ends when it is ready to end.

What is the minimum group size?
The minimum is 4 people. If your group is smaller, message Diego. There may be an upcoming session you can join.
Can you come to our venue?
Yes. Diego brings the ice bath and all equipment to your location anywhere on Koh Samui. Hotels, villas, retreat centers all work.
Does everyone have to do the ice bath?
No. Cold exposure is always optional. The breathwork alone is a complete experience. Some people choose to watch the ice bath and still get a lot from seeing others go through it.
How far in advance should we book?
A few days is ideal. Last minute can sometimes work depending on availability. Message Diego on WhatsApp and he will let you know.
