Every session is tailored. No two groups are the same, so no two workshops are either.

Questions
What is the minimum group size?
The minimum is 4 people. If your group is smaller, message Diego. There may be an upcoming session you can join.
Can you come to our venue?
Yes. Diego brings the ice bath and all equipment to your location anywhere on Koh Samui. Hotels, villas, retreat centers all work.
Does everyone have to do the ice bath?
No. Cold exposure is always optional. The breathwork alone is a complete experience. Some people choose to watch the ice bath and still get a lot from seeing others go through it.
How far in advance should we book?
A few days is ideal. Last minute can sometimes work depending on availability. Message Diego on WhatsApp and he will let you know.
Is this suitable for corporate teams?
Yes. Corporate groups are one of the most common bookings. The shared experience of breathwork and cold exposure builds real connection, not the kind you get from trust falls.
What do participants need to bring?
Comfortable clothes and a swimsuit. Everything else is provided. Towels, water, and the ice bath setup are all included.
