Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Breathflow Connection ("the website", "our services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or book our services.
Services offered
UNTAMED
A full day breathwork and cold exposure experience. Includes hotel pickup and return, guided breathwork sessions, ice bath, lunch, and water. Individual or small group format.
Private Workshops
Two hour guided breathwork and ice bath sessions for groups of 4 to 16 people. Available at hotels, villas, retreat centers, or outdoor locations across Koh Samui. All equipment is provided.
Facilitator Course
A 21 day in person breathwork facilitator certification. Includes all training days, materials, breakfast and lunch daily, and post training mentorship access. Accommodation is not included and is the participant's responsibility.
Booking and payment
How to book
UNTAMED and Private Workshops are booked by messaging Diego directly via WhatsApp. The Facilitator Course can be booked online through the website or by contacting us directly.
Payment processing
Online payments are processed securely through Omise. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. For the Facilitator Course, a $500 USD deposit secures your spot with the remaining balance due before the course starts.
Currency
UNTAMED and Private Workshops are priced in Thai Baht (THB). The Facilitator Course is priced in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change service prices at any time. Price changes do not affect bookings already confirmed and paid.
Cancellation policy
UNTAMED and Workshops
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled to another date subject to availability. No shows are not eligible for a refund.
Facilitator Course
Deposits are non refundable but transferable to a future cohort (subject to availability). Full payments cancelled more than 30 days before the course start date receive a refund minus the $500 deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the course start date are non refundable but transferable to a future cohort. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Participant responsibilities
Health and fitness
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, you must inform Diego before the session. Certain conditions are contraindicated for breathwork or cold exposure and may require medical clearance or modified participation.
Assumption of risk
Breathwork and cold exposure involve physical exertion and deliberate stress on the body. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the facilitator.
Conduct
All participants are expected to treat the facilitator, other participants, and the environment with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour disrupts the session or creates an unsafe environment, without refund.

The services and information provided by Breathflow Connection are for wellness and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual property
Our content
All content on this website, including text, images, audio, video, and training materials, is owned by Breathflow Connection and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Facilitator Course materials
Course participants receive a licence to use the Breathflow Connection session framework and breathing protocols in their own facilitation practice. The training materials, curriculum, and brand assets remain the property of Breathflow Connection and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to create competing training programmes without written permission.
Photos and media
Sessions may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, inform Diego before the session begins. We will always respect your preference.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Breathflow Connection is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breathflow Connection and Diego Pauel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your participation in sessions where you failed to disclose a relevant medical condition
- Your violation of any third party rights
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
