I have lived in Koh Samui for 15 years. I discovered breathwork through freediving, which I have trained in for over a decade. When COVID hit and the island emptied out, I started offering breathwork and ice baths for free to help the local community feel better in their bodies. I was the first to offer this work on the island. Five years later, I have facilitated countless sessions for people from all over the world.

Breathwork and Ice Bath FAQ
Do I need experience with breathwork or cold exposure?
No. Every session is designed for beginners. You will be guided the whole way.
Is this spiritual or religious?
No. This is nervous system work. You breathe, your body responds. No chanting, no rituals, no belief system required.
I have a medical condition. Can I still participate?
Some conditions are contraindicated for breathwork or cold exposure. Message Diego directly on WhatsApp and he will tell you straight.
What should I bring to UNTAMED?
Comfortable clothes, a swimsuit, and a willingness to be uncomfortable for a few minutes. Lunch and water are included. Hotel pickup and return are arranged.
Can I book a private workshop for fewer than 4 people?
The minimum is 4 for private workshops. If your group is smaller, message Diego. There may be an upcoming session you can join.
How much does UNTAMED cost?
3,500 THB per person (around $100 USD). This includes hotel pickup, a full day of guided breathwork, ice bath, waterfall hike, lunch, and return transport. No hidden costs. No upsells.
Where exactly do the sessions take place?
Koh Samui, Thailand. Diego picks you up from your hotel anywhere on the island. The venue, waterfall, and jungle locations are on the quieter side of the island, away from the tourist areas.
Is the ice bath safe?
Yes. Diego is a certified freediving instructor with over a decade of breath and cold exposure training. The ice bath is always optional and you are coached through every second of it. Most people who are nervous beforehand call it the highlight of the day.
How do I get to Koh Samui?
Koh Samui has its own airport (USM) with direct flights from Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Kuala Lumpur. You can also fly to Surat Thani and take a ferry. Once on the island, Diego handles all transport for the experience.
Can I book UNTAMED as a gift for someone?
Yes. Message Diego on WhatsApp and he will arrange a gift booking. The person can choose their own date once they are on the island.
