Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied, reach out within 30 days and we will work it out. No drama.
Our commitment
We believe our programs work. We have seen the results in our own lives and in the lives of hundreds of clients. But we also know that not every approach works for every person.
That is why we offer a straightforward, no-hassle refund policy. If you try a program and it does not help you, we want you to get your money back.
Refund eligibility
What qualifies for a refund
- All paid products (Same-Day Calm Kit, 7-Day Reset, Complete Calm Collection)
- Within 30 days of purchase date
- Any reason (you do not need to explain why)
What does NOT qualify
- Free products (nothing to refund)
- After 30 days from purchase date
- Second refund request for the same product (one refund per product per customer)
- Chargebacks (if you file a chargeback, you are not eligible for our refund process)
How to request a refund
Step 1: Email us
Send an email to diego@breathflowconnection.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- The email address you used to make the purchase
- The name of the product you want refunded
- Date of purchase (if you remember it)
You do not need to explain why. We trust you. If it did not work for you, that is reason enough.
Step 2: We confirm
We will reply within 24 hours to confirm your refund request.
Step 3: Refund processed
Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. It may take an additional few days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
What happens after a refund
Access removed
Once your refund is processed, your access to the product will be removed. Any downloaded files should be deleted from your devices.
You can still try our free content
A refund does not remove you from our email list (unless you unsubscribe). You can still access our free 3-minute reset and receive educational emails.
You can purchase again later
If you change your mind later, you are welcome to purchase the product again. However, you can only receive one refund per product.
Partial refunds
Complete Calm Collection
If you purchased the Complete Calm Collection and want a refund, we will refund the full amount minus the value of any individual products you want to keep.
Example: You bought the Complete Collection ($79) but want to keep the 7-Day Reset ($29). We will refund $50.
Upgrades
If you upgraded from one product to another, the refund amount is the upgrade price you paid, not the full price of the upgraded product.
Abuse policy
We trust our customers. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse:
- Requesting multiple refunds across different products with no genuine attempt to use them
- Downloading all content and immediately requesting a refund
- Sharing purchased content publicly before requesting a refund
These situations are rare. If you are using the products in good faith, you have nothing to worry about.
Chargebacks
Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first.
Chargebacks hurt small businesses like ours and come with fees. If you have an issue with your purchase:
- Email us at diego@breathflowconnection.com
- We will resolve it quickly (usually within 24 hours)
- If you are within 30 days, we will issue a full refund
If you file a chargeback:
- You will not be eligible for future purchases
- Your access to all products will be terminated
- We may dispute the chargeback if it violates our clear refund policy
Technical issues
If you cannot access your purchase due to a technical issue (broken download link, email not received, etc.), this is not a reason for a refund.
Contact us at diego@breathflowconnection.com and we will resolve the technical issue immediately. We will resend your download links or provide alternative delivery methods.
Questions about refunds
Do I need to give a reason for the refund?
No. We do not ask why. If it did not work for you, that is enough.
Can I get a refund after 30 days?
No. The 30-day window is firm. After that, all sales are final.
What if I lost my purchase email?
Email us from the email address you used to purchase. We can look it up in our records.
Can I get a refund if I already completed the program?
Yes, as long as you are within 30 days. If the program did not help you even though you completed it, you deserve a refund.
Will you ask me to return the digital files?
We cannot enforce this with digital products. We trust you to delete them after a refund.
