Refund Policy

Our approach

We want every person who shows up to have a meaningful experience. If something goes wrong, reach out and we will sort it out. No drama.

UNTAMED (Full Day Experience)

Cancellation

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • Within 48 hours: Rescheduling to another date, subject to availability
  • No show: Not eligible for refund

Weather and conditions

If a session is cancelled by us due to weather or safety reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Private Workshops

Cancellation

  • More than 48 hours before: Full refund
  • Within 48 hours: Rescheduling to another date, subject to availability
  • No show: Not eligible for refund

Group size changes

If your group size drops below the minimum of 4 people, contact Diego as soon as possible. We can often find a solution, whether that is rescheduling, opening spots to others, or adjusting the format.

Facilitator Course

Deposit ($500 USD)

  • The deposit is non refundable
  • The deposit is transferable to a future cohort (subject to availability)

Full payment cancellation

  • More than 30 days before course start: Full refund minus the $500 deposit
  • Within 30 days of course start: Not eligible for refund, but transferable to a future cohort

During the course

If you leave the course before completion for personal reasons, no refund is available for the remaining days. If you need to leave due to a medical emergency, contact Diego directly and we will discuss your situation individually.

Course cancellation by us

If we cancel a cohort (for example, due to insufficient enrollment), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to the next available cohort.

How to request a refund

Step 1: Contact us

Message Diego on WhatsApp or email diego@breathflowconnection.com with:

  • Your name and the service you booked
  • Date of the booking
  • Reason for cancellation (helpful but not required)

Step 2: Confirmation

We will reply within 24 hours to confirm your refund or discuss alternatives.

Step 3: Refund processed

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit to your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

Chargebacks come with fees that hurt small businesses. If you have an issue with your payment, message Diego first. We respond quickly and will work to resolve any concern within 24 hours.

Can I reschedule instead of cancelling? +

Yes. For UNTAMED and Workshops, rescheduling is usually possible if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. For the Facilitator Course, your enrollment can be transferred to a future cohort.

What if bad weather cancels my session? +

If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you get a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost. Your choice.

I paid online but want to cancel. How long does the refund take? +

We process refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit. If you paid via PromptPay or bank transfer, the timeline may vary slightly.

Can I transfer my Facilitator Course spot to someone else? +

Yes, with prior approval. Contact Diego and we will arrange the transfer. The new participant must meet the same eligibility requirements.
