Integration and debrief

How many people can participate?
Groups of 4 to 16 people. For larger groups, Diego can run multiple sessions across consecutive days or arrange additional facilitators.
Do you come to our venue?
Yes. Diego travels to any venue on Koh Samui with all equipment including the ice bath. Hotels, villas, coworking spaces, beachfront locations. You choose the setting.
What does a corporate session include?
A 2 hour guided experience: breathwork session, authentic relating exercises, ice bath with coaching, and group integration. The format adjusts based on your group and goals.
Is the ice bath required?
No. Cold exposure is always optional. That said, it is usually the most talked about part of the experience. Watching your team support each other through something uncomfortable builds trust faster than any rope course.
What if team members have medical conditions?
Diego screens every participant before the session. Anyone with contraindications is given modified exercises or can observe. Safety is always the priority.
Can this be part of a multi day offsite?
Yes. Many teams book the workshop for one session during a longer offsite. Diego can also run the full day UNTAMED experience (breathwork, ice bath, waterfall hike) for teams wanting a deeper immersion.
How far in advance do we need to book?
