How it works
Short intro call
15 minutes on WhatsApp or in person. Confirm fit, agree on commission or rate structure, exchange contacts. No contract for informal referrals, one page agreement for commission arrangements.
Your front desk gets the kit
QR code cards, digital media, concierge brief. 10 minutes to onboard staff. Whenever a guest asks about authentic wellness experiences, concierge has a one line answer and a card.
Guest books, commission invoiced
Guest scans the QR or messages Diego via your referral link. Diego confirms, invoices the guest directly, picks them up from your property, and returns them at the end of the day. You receive a monthly commission invoice with confirmed bookings.

What do my guests actually get?
A full day experience on Koh Samui: guided breathwork, ice bath, jungle waterfall hike, lunch, honest conversation, hotel pickup and return. 6 to 8 hours total. Small groups of up to 8 participants, led by Diego Pauel. 3,500 THB per guest, roughly 100 USD.
How does the referral process work?
Three ways. First, send the guest a direct link to breathflowconnection.com/untamed, they book online. Second, message Diego on WhatsApp (+66 65 557 1148) with the guest name and date, he confirms and invoices directly. Third, the guest messages Diego themselves. Whichever is easiest for your front desk.
Do you offer commission to partnered properties?
Yes. Partnered properties receive a 15 percent commission on each confirmed booking, invoiced monthly. Alternative structures (preferred guest rates, co branded packages, in house private sessions) are available depending on volume and fit. Worth a short call.
Can Diego run sessions at our property?
Yes. For groups of 4 to 16, Diego brings the ice bath and all equipment to your venue. 16,000 THB flat rate. Ideal for retreat groups, wedding parties, corporate offsites, or wellness programming your property is running.
What happens if a guest has a medical concern?
Diego screens every participant before the session via a short medical history form. Anyone with contraindications is given modified exercises or declined safely. The ice bath is always optional. Your front desk does not need to screen anyone, Diego handles it.
How far in advance do guests need to book?
UNTAMED runs weekly. A few days notice is usually enough. Same day can sometimes work. Message Diego on WhatsApp for real time availability.
Do you have marketing materials we can share with guests?
Yes. Professional photography, short video clips, printed cards with a QR code for the front desk, and digital copy for your concierge brief. Message Diego to request a media pack.
Is there a formal agreement?
A one page partnership agreement for properties running a commission structure. For informal referrals with no commission, no paperwork needed. Diego keeps it simple.
