Your 3-Day Advanced Freediving Course: From Level 1 to 30 Meters
This intensive 3-day course builds on your Level 1 foundation. You’ll master advanced equalization, refine breathing techniques, learn rescue protocols, and progressively dive to 30 meters under expert supervision.
Learn from experienced Apnea Total instructors who specialize in deep diving progression. Personalized coaching ensures you advance safely and confidently.
Day 1 covers deep diving physiology, advanced equalization, and rescue techniques in the pool. Days 2-3 are full open water boat trips to apply your skills at depth.
Master Frenzel equalization, learn about mouthfill technique, and advanced breathing protocols that allow you to dive deeper and stay down longer with complete control.
Progress from 20m to 30m over two days. Learn constant weight technique, free immersion, advanced finning, and how to manage pressure at depth.
Maximum 3 students per instructor ensures you receive individualized feedback, real-time coaching, and the attention needed to master advanced techniques safely.
Earn your Apnea Total Level 2 certification, recognized worldwide. Dive independently to 30 meters and continue your freediving journey anywhere on the planet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Level 1 certification to take Level 2?
Yes. You must have Apnea Total Level 1, AIDA 2-star, SSI Level 1, or equivalent certification from a recognized freediving agency. You’ll need to show proof of certification when booking.
What's the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 1 is 2 days, max depth 20m, designed for beginners. Level 2 is 3 days, max depth 30m, and focuses on advanced equalization (Frenzel/mouthfill), rescue skills, and deep diving technique. It’s significantly more challenging.
How physically demanding is Level 2?
More demanding than Level 1. You’ll do two full days of boat diving with multiple deep dives. You should be comfortable in the ocean, have good fitness, and be confident with your Level 1 skills before attempting Level 2.
What if I can't reach 30 meters?
Progression is individual. Most students reach 25-30m by Day 3, but the goal is safe, controlled diving—not just hitting a number. You’ll still receive certification based on your demonstrated skills and the depth you achieve comfortably.
What's included in the course?
All freediving equipment (mask, fins, wetsuit, weight belt, buoy, rope), boat trips on Days 2-3, instruction, certification, emergency oxygen, first aid kit, and online learning materials.
What should I bring?
Your Level 1 (or equivalent) certification, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, water, and snacks for the boat. We provide all diving equipment. Avoid alcohol 24 hours before diving.
