The retreat begins at 10 AM on Day 1, so we recommend arriving the evening before to settle in and prepare.
Each day offers a carefully balanced schedule, blendingfreediving training, mindfulness practices, and shared meals.
There are no days off, ensuring an immersive and transformative experience.
While all activities are optional, those pursuing freediving certification must complete. Day 1, Day 2, and Day 4.
The retreat concludes on Day 7, with the final activity endingat 7 PM. Check-out is the following morning, giving you time to reflect and unwindbefore departing.

What is the average age range?
