How do I prepare for the workshop?
Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Avoid heavy meals beforehand, and hydrate well (Feel free to bring a bottle of water with you). We’ll guide you through everything else. Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement (Preferably no jeans/tight waist belt or bra). Bring a bathing suit for the ice bath and a towel for afterward.
Are there any restrictions?
If you are pregnant, have certain medical conditions (such as heart issues or epilepsy), or are currently taking strong medication, please contact us beforehand to ensure this workshop is suitable for you.
I’m nervous about the ice bath. Is it safe?
Absolutely. The ice bath is facilitated in a safe and supportive environment. You’ll receive guidance to help you focus your breath and mind, making the experience not only manageable but incredibly empowering. Our intention is to inspire, not to make you more scared.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. That means no tight clothes like jeans. A tight waist belt or a tight bra. You really would want something you feel super comfy in. Do bring a bathing suit for the ice bath and a towel for afterward!
Can I bring my kids?
We only want people who really want to come, if you’re bringing another person along, make sure that person is coming for their own personal growth as much as you. This means bringing children along because you want them to be there instead of them deciding to come of their own choice, this is not the best idea for such an experience. Particularly in regard to safety.
Can I come alone?
Yes! Many participants come solo. This is a welcoming and inclusive environment where you’ll connect meaningfully with others. In fact, we only accept people who really want to come, if you’re bringing another person along, make sure that person is coming for their own personal growth as much as you. This means bringing children along because you want them to be there instead of them deciding to come of their own choice, this is not the best idea for such an experience.
Is lunch included?
No, lunch is not included. We recommend eating a light meal beforehand and bringing water to stay hydrated. We will serve some fruit and maybe some snacks during the workshop.
Where does the workshop take place?
What is the cancellation policy?
Due to the exclusive nature of the workshop, we have a no-refund policy to ensure participant commitment. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule for a future session with advance notice.
We will however refund immediately if we must need to cancel the workshop. You can also choose to keep your payment for the next opportunity. We will reach out to you if this is the case.
What if I get emotional during the breathwork?
It’s normal to experience emotions during breathwork—it’s part of the healing process. This is a safe space where you are free to express and process emotions without judgment.
Is this really for complete beginners?
Absolutely. This session is specifically designed for people who have never done breathwork or ice baths before. We start with the basics and progress gently.
What's the difference between Thursday and Sunday sessions?
Thursday is a 2-hour introduction (1,590 THB) covering fundamentals. Sunday is our 3.5 – 4 hour deep-dive Essential Experience (3,500 THB) introducing Authentic Relating, longer breathwork journeys, extended ice bath practice, and more integration time.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
No. Breathwork is done lying down or seated. Ice bath duration is adjusted to your comfort level. All fitness levels welcome.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and an open mind. We provide everything else. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Can I do this if I have medical condition?
Please complete our health screening questionnaire when booking. Certain heart, lung, neurological conditions, and pregnancy may exclude participation.
