The Hum compounds with daily practice. Coherent breathing for 10 minutes. Cold exposure 3 times a week. The boring stuff that compounds.
Too much caffeine. A bad night of sleep. Three social events in one day. The Hum is balanced, not armored. It does not take much to tip.
