How to Use These Resources

Choose your time.
Pick 2–3 days per week where you can have 20–30 minutes undisturbed.

Follow the recording.
Use the guided audio and breathe exactly as we practiced. If at any point it feels too intense, slow down or pause – you’re always in charge.

Integrate gently
After each session, take a few minutes to sit, journal or walk slowly. Notice what’s shifted. Over time, track how your stress, sleep and clarity change.
